Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

  • We offer $8 Flat Rate shipping on all domestic orders.

  • At this time, we only ship to the USA.

  • Orders are processed within 24hrs of receiving confirmation emails M-F. Our warehouse is closed on the weekend & holidays. Any orders placed at these times will be processed the following business day.

  • Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct. Once you've paid, we cannot change the address for your item. 
     

RETURN POLICY

If your product arrives and does not meet your expectations, you have 5 days from the date your product was delivered to begin your return for shop credit or for an exchange. To begin this process please take the following steps to get your shop credit or exchange moving as quickly as possible. We will only accept and process credit/exchanges which have followed the instructions below:

  • Products may not have been worn or used outside the first try on and all tags must still be on the garment if applicable to qualify for a return/exchange. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt and we were notified about it within 24 hours of package delivery.

    FINAL SALE
    The following items are ineligible for returns:

  • Jewelry

  • Bodysuits

  • Jumpsuits

  • Mystery Items

  • Grab Bags

Please be aware if you wish for us to send you a return shipping label, this amount will be deducted from your total refund amount.

You will be notified once your return has been processed and shop credit has been applied. Typically within 5 business days of arrival to us.
 

Items may be returned for Bombshell credit ONLY and must be postmarked within 5 days from the confirmed delivery date to be eligible for return. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Bombshell credit will be applied for the amount paid for the item.  When making a return, please include the original packing slip and any notes as to why it is being returned. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or any smells will not be accepted.
 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Please allow our Bombshell Team 3-5 business days to receive your return and process your Bombshell credit. Your credit will automatically be applied towards your next purchase and your balance can be found by logging into your account at www.shopbombshellokc.com
