SHIPPING 

  • We offer $8 Flat Rate shipping on all domestic orders.

  • At this time, we only ship to the USA.

  • Orders are processed within 24hrs of receiving confirmation emails M-F. Our warehouse is closed on the weekend & holidays. Any orders placed at these times will be processed the following business day.

  • Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct. Once you've paid, we cannot change the address for your item. 
     

RETURN POLICY

If your product arrives and does not meet your expectations, you have 5 days from the date your product was delivered to begin your return for shop credit or for an exchange. To begin this process please take the following steps to get your shop credit or exchange moving as quickly as possible. We will only accept and process credit/exchanges which have followed the instructions below:

  • Products may not have been worn or used outside the first try on and all tags must still be on the garment if applicable to qualify for a return/exchange. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt and we were notified about it within 24 hours of package delivery.

After submitting your online return you will receive a return label via email. You will also receive your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ( RMA #), as well as return instructions for your return depending on your preferred method.
 

To ensure this process goes smoothly, please make sure you include the RMA# packing slip. If this is misplaced, please write your RMA# & Order# on a sheet of paper that's included with your return. We need this information to process your return. 

Please be aware if you wish for us to send you a return shipping label, this amount will be deducted from your total refund amount.
